Every season
Same hours, any month
The seasons on this site follow the calendar, but the resort's posted hours do not move with them. The casino floor runs 24 hours a day on all 365 days of the year. Table games run around the clock too. On the third floor, the heated indoor saltwater pool opens from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day. The spa keeps 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, while its fitness centre matches the pool's hours.
Holiday hours are not published. For a holiday weekend, ring the call centre at 1-800-832-7529, open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. One tip for a winter drive: check the road forecast before you leave.

Friday
Friday: pulling in
Self-parking is free, with room for more than 2,500 vehicles. If you would rather hand over the keys, use the casino valet at the main entrance. It runs without a break from Friday at 10 a.m. to Monday at 2 a.m. My Club Rewards members at Silver level and above use it free, and other guests pay a fee.
Check-in starts at 4 p.m. Before heading to the casino floor, have government-issued photo ID on hand: a passport, a driver's licence, or your Age of Majority card. Guests aged 21 or under also need a second card bearing their name. Couchiching Court Buffet, on the floor, offers dinner on Fridays and Saturdays from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. to those 19 and over.
Saturday
Saturday, the long day
Early risers can take the adult swim from 7 to 8 a.m., the first hour of the pool day. The spa opens at 10 a.m., and booking ahead is recommended at (705) 238-5933. Table games run around the clock. To check which games are being dealt at a given moment, call 705-329-5121.
For a game you have never played, ask the VIP Services Desk when the next learn-to-play class runs. Texas Hold'em works by phone: ring the poker call-in line at 705-329-5804 at any hour about a seat. From that call you have 2 hours to check in at the Poker Brush. Centre Bar, the sports bar in the middle of the floor, stays open until 2 a.m.

Sunday
Sunday and the drive home
Check-out is at 11 a.m. The casino valet keeps running until Monday at 2 a.m., so you can collect the car whenever you leave on Sunday. If you borrowed a wheelchair, return it to collect the government ID left with it.
Roads always run longer than the straight lines used for each distance here. Heading north, Gravenhurst is 30 km away, Bracebridge 43.8 km and Huntsville 76 km. Barrie lies 39.7 km to the south-west. Newmarket is 66.5 km south, and Toronto 110.7 km south. The guide gives no driving times.

Meals and drinks on site
The resort lists seven places to eat and drink: Centre Bar, Chow Lucky Noodle Bar, Couchiching Court Buffet, MATCH Eatery & Public House, ATLAS steak + fish, Firestarter Lounge and The Weirs. Two of them post hours. The buffet serves Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Centre Bar opens 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily; both are 19+.
For the other five, call 1-800-832-7529, where a number of the restaurants also take reservations. Guests under 19 can eat at MATCH, ATLAS steak + fish, The Weirs and Firestarter Lounge. There is no dress code, the restaurants included.

Under 19
Bringing under-19s along
Under-19 guests are welcome, within limits. The hotel and the spa are open to them, and they can dine at The Weirs, ATLAS steak + fish, Firestarter Lounge and MATCH Eatery & Public House. Chow Lucky Noodle Bar, Couchiching Court Buffet and the casino floor are off limits. Starting January 2026, Entertainment Centre shows are 19+ unless marked otherwise.
At the pool, the first hour, 7 to 8 a.m., and the last, 9 to 10 p.m., are adult swims, so plan teenage swims in between.
Show night
Show night at the theatre
Seating in the Entertainment Centre, a 5,000-seat theatre, is retractable. Starting January 2026, shows there are for ages 19 and over unless marked otherwise. Only Ticketmaster and the resort's Box Office sell tickets. You will find the Box Office in the Rotunda, just past the main entrance, where the hotel connects to the casino floor. It opens at noon on show nights and remains open until showtime.
To pick up tickets, bring the credit card used for the order and government-issued photo ID. The current show list is on casinorama.com.
Online in Ontario
Playing online from inside Ontario
Ontario has had a regulated market for online gambling since April 4, 2022. Regulation of the market belongs to the AGCO, and iGaming Ontario looks after how it is conducted and managed. A private online casino is lawful here only with two papers: its registration with the AGCO and its operating agreement signed with iGaming Ontario. Regulated sites are listed at igamingontario.ca. OLG.ca is an online casino run by OLG, the provincial agency.
Anyone playing has to meet two conditions: being at least 19, and being physically in Ontario during play. Through betguard.ca, BetGuard shuts a person out of all Ontario-regulated sites for online gambling, with OLG.ca among them. You can choose 5 years, 1 year or 6 months, or set your own length. iGaming Ontario took over running it on May 14, 2026. It does not cover land-based casinos.

Can our teenager come along?
Yes, within some limits. Guests under 19 can use the spa, the hotel, The Weirs, ATLAS steak + fish, Firestarter Lounge and MATCH Eatery & Public House. They may use the pool except during the adult swims, 7 to 8 a.m. and 9 to 10 p.m. Chow Lucky Noodle Bar, Couchiching Court Buffet and the casino floor are closed to them.
Do we pay anything to leave the car?
Self-parking costs nothing, with spaces for more than 2,500 vehicles. The casino valet at the main entrance, running from Friday 10 a.m. to Monday 2 a.m., is free from Silver level of My Club Rewards up; others pay a fee. The hotel valet is free only for Elite and Ultra members.
We're staying near Gravenhurst. How far is that from the resort?
Gravenhurst lies 30 km north of the resort in a straight line. Roads are always longer than that.
